Unclaimed parcels/ incorrect shipping address due to a mistake on customer’s part.
We refund the customer only after receiving the unclaimed/returned items back.
If after tracking the parcels on our side they are found to be lost/stolen we either reship the items or issue a full refund covering the price of nonreceived products.
If the client receive an incorrect item due to a mistake on our part we gladly replace the wrong item with the correct one. The client must send the incorrect items back to us.
If there was a mistake on customer’s part he/she can ship the incorrect merchandise back to us and we either replace it wit the correct one or issue a refund
If the customer decides that after receiving his/her order he/she does not want an item(s), he/she shall return the "unopened" carton(s) back to us and we issue a refund covering the price of the rejected item(s).
Damaged, Not Satisifed
If for any reasons a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the received products he/she must return them to us. We issue a full refund for the returned items.
